Two charged after shooting near city pool | Crime
(WMC-TV) – Two men have been charged with aggravated assault after a shooting near Douglas Pool where children were swimming.
Police say Maurice Dorsey bumped into Marquette Wallace near the pool on June 14.
An argument broke out between the two men when Dorsey refused to apologize, according to police.
Dorsey went to his car to get a handgun and returned with both the gun and another man, Larry Jackson, officers said.
Both men started shooting at Dorsey and one of Wallace's shots hit the man in the ankle, according to police.
