Woman arrested for indecent exposure near children | Crime

(WMC-TV) - A Frayser woman was arrested Monday after a police officer caught her lifting her dress while children were nearby, according to court records.

The officer received a complaint that Delilah Churchwell was in the 200 block of North Lauderdale and exposing herself.

The officer saw Churchwell lift her dress and expose her buttock in front of the public housing complex on North Lauderdale, according to court documents.

Churchwell, who stumbled and had slurred speech, cursed at the arresting officer and struggled as she was arrested, court documents said.  

The 37-year-old was charged with resisting arrest, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and trespassing.
