Police: Man arrested after holding water gun, stolen credit cards | Crime

Water guns, stopping traffic, and stolen identities don't seem like they would go together.

But, Memphis police said all three played a part in one man's arrest.

Antonio Beal is charged with stopping traffic while walking down the middle of the street military style while holding a water gun.

Police spotted him Sunday night walking down Springdale near Matthews.

When police arrested him they said he had several stolen credit cards and a driver's license.
