Two charged in fatal robbery | News

MEMPHIS, TN-

(WMC-TV) – Two men have been charged in connection to the shooting death of a man last summer.

Bari Graham's body was found on the floor of his apartment on July 9. The 39-year-old died from a gunshot wound to the head, according to police.

Officers say 19-year-old Michael Holmes forced his way into the home in the Hunter Ridge Apartments and fired the fatal shot during an attempted robbery. Police say another man, Kevin Montague, gave Holmes the gun prior to the crime.

Holmes has been charged with murder while perpetrating a felony while Montague has been charged with facilitating the crime.
