No charges in deadly Sunday shooting | News

(WMC-TV) – No charges will be filed after a Memphis man was shot to death after attacking his estranged wife’s friend early Sunday morning, according to police.

Officers found Jeremy Hill’s body inside a home in the 4000 block of Cliffdale just before 3 a.m. Hill had been shot at least once.

The homeowner told officers that Hilll showed up at her house and began breaking windows before eventually forcing his way inside and attacking her male guest.

Police haven’t released who pulled the trigger.

The evidence was handed over to prosecutors who declined to press charges.
